Our Founders
Our founder is an experienced construction professional with a strong track record in the construction and property maintenance industry. Throughout his career, he has been a trusted key contributor, leading teams on a wide range of projects and mentoring fellow professionals.
Because he has always approached every job with the same care, quality, and commitment as if he were working on his own property and for his own company, the time came to take the next step and become an entrepreneur.
We founded TYYNI Renovation & Maintenance Ltd to offer clients access to his expertise, together with the skills and experience of his extensive network of construction, installation, and property maintenance professionals.
Safet Hasani
Founder, Site Manager and Construction ProfessionalSafet has more than a decade of experience in construction and property maintenance. He has worked in Finland for four years and has built a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and hands-on expertise.
Before entering the construction industry, Safet served as an officer in Kosovo Security Force. He also holds a Master's degree in History.
In addition to English, Safet speaks Albanian and Croatian and has a basic command of Finnish.
Valmir Hasani
Team Leader and Construction ProfessionalValmir has solid experience in the construction industry, having worked in the field from a young age in Kosovo. In Finland, he has worked in construction and renovation roles for six years, developing broad practical expertise in the industry.
In addition to English, Valmir speaks Albanian and has a basic command of Finnish.
Kristiina Ruuskanen
Customer Relations and Administration Coordinator (Part-Time)Kristiina‘s professional background is centered on supporting and helping people. At TYYNI, she supports the team as a board member, part-time entrepreneur, and Customer Relations and Administration Coordinator.
Kristiina holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences and is a licensed social worker. In addition to Finnish, Kristiina speaks English, French, and Swedish and has a basic command of German and Spanish.
