We provide both hourly-rate and fixed-price project quotations based on your specific needs and the scope of work.

Operating from Espoo and Hämeenlinna, we serve customers throughout Finland.

  • Travel within Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa is included in our pricing. The same applies to the Hämeenlinna and Hattula areas in the Kanta-Häme region.

  • For projects elsewhere in Finland, logistics costs are agreed separately, either as a fixed travel fee or based on mileage reimbursement.

Our hourly-rate and project-based quotations include the use of standard hand tools and typical property maintenance equipment. Any additional equipment, machinery, lifts, scaffolding, or rental costs will be agreed separately as part of the contract.

For larger material purchases, we use advance invoicing.

For private homeowners: Remember to take advantage of Finland's household expense tax credit for eligible labour costs (kotitalousvähennys).
